Tool development belongs to our Transformation pole and is the subject of a separate proposal. The training funds the upskilling of your teams.

Target audience: Executives, team managers and operations teams of small and medium businesses.
Prerequisites: A process or team identified for change, and a contact person on the company side throughout the training.
Learning objectives: Analyse the tasks of a process and decide what stays human, what gets automated, what gets tooled and what gets AI assistance
Set up a first solution on a real company case
Document the new way of working so the team can maintain it on its own
Measure the gain achieved and define the next steps
Content: Diagnostic workshop: map the tasks and choose the priority process
Guided implementation on your real tools and data
Handover: documentation, usage rules and building the team's autonomy
Review: measuring the gain and action plan
Duration: Formats from 7 to 42 hours, adjusted to your OPCO funding. Example: one 7-hour day, €700 excl. VAT.

Access terms and lead times: Start within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how long your OPCO takes to approve.
Price: From €100 excl. VAT per hour, for groups of up to 6 participants.
Teaching methods: Action training on a real company process, workshops, demonstrations, hands-on practice.
Assessment methods: Self-assessment at the start and end of the training, hands-on practice on a real company case, certificate of completion.
