Target audience: Executives, business managers and operations teams of small and medium businesses.
Prerequisites: Administrator access to the tools involved, or an IT contact available during the training.
Learning objectives: Map the tools and data worth connecting to AI
Set up the connectors between the AI and the chosen tools
Define the data scope, access rights and usage rules
Centralise AI use in a team channel (for example Slack)
Content: Choose the tools and use cases to connect first
Install and configure the connectors
Frame access, data and usage (GDPR)
Roll out to the team and measure adoption
Duration: Formats from 7 to 42 hours, adjusted to your OPCO funding. Example: one 7-hour day, €700 excl. VAT.
Format: In-house, on site or remote
Access terms and lead times: Start within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how long your OPCO takes to approve.
Price: From €100 excl. VAT per hour, for groups of up to 6 participants.
Teaching methods: Guided setup on the company's real tools, demonstrations, hands-on practice.
Assessment methods: Self-assessment at the start and end of the training, hands-on practice on a real company case, certificate of completion.
Accessibility for people with disabilities: Training accessible to people with disabilities. Contact us in advance to review the necessary adaptations with the disability referent of our partner organisation.
